here, where I am now: a year ago - I weighed 225 at XMAS time - now I'm in the mid-180s? That is fine - I know I can do, and I'm smoking in the months of August and have not gained weight since then - this is also very good.
I really think that if I order the 170 they motivate me. not too keen to weigh tomorrow, but I do not give up.
